Layers of resonance, vibration and silence create space for the body to settle and the mind to become quieter. The session closes with further energy work, allowing time for integration.Held as a continuous practice, sound and energy healing work alongside one another to support relaxation, embodied awareness and a more settled internal state. The experience is received lying down, without movement or guided meditation.
