One-to-One Therapy Rooms
Two treatment rooms suited to both talking and body-based therapies, available for regular block bookings. Includes access to a large, comfortable waiting area for your clients.
Yoga Studio & Shrine Rooms
For group work and larger classes: a fully-equipped yoga studio with a solid oak floor and soft, natural lighting, plus one of our beautiful shrine rooms. Available for ad-hoc or regular bookings.
While You Wait
A welcoming seating area where clients can arrive early and settle in with tea, biscuits, and plant-based milk. And just a two-minute walk away, a local park offers a peaceful spot to unwind after a session, whether that's nature journalling, reading, or simply taking a moment before heading back out into the world.
Marketing Support for Our Practitioners
Tier 1 — £15/month
Physical marketing materials (posters, flyers, cards, etc.) on our noticeboard, a therapist/practitioner profile listing on our website, and a link to your listing in our weekly newsletter.
Tier 2 — £30/month
Everything in Tier 1, plus a featured section in our weekly newsletter (frequency depends on demand and availability). For this tier, you'll need to supply your own graphic design banner and copy for the feature — we'll include these as provided.
Tier 3 — £50/month
Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus social media support. This includes collaboration with our marketing manager on content for your newsletter feature and social media story, with the flexibility of one video included per collaboration. Our marketing manager can advise on what content will work best across both channels.

Morning/afternoon block weekdays (9am-1pm / 1pm-5pm) – £48 (£12/hour)
Evening block weekdays (5pm-9pm) – £60 (£15/hour)
All Saturday blocks – £60 (£15/hour)
All Sunday blocks – £48 (£12/hour)
Additional ad-hoc bookings available for block/regular users – £12/hour or £15/hour
based on above timings.

FAQs
Is wifi/internet available?
Yes, wifi/internet is provided and available throughout the centre.
What do I need to provide to secure the booking?
To secure the booking, we ask for copies of both insurance and relevant qualifications.
Do you accept ad-hoc bookings?
We accept ad-hoc/one-off bookings in the studio and shrine room. For the treatment rooms we are only able to accept ongoing block bookings.
Do you provide reception cover?
Reception cover may be provided, but depending on timings cannot be guaranteed. Please ask for further details.
Do you provide parking?
We don’t have on-site parking at the centre. There are, however, metered parking bays in nearby streets, and commercial car parks within easy walking distance.
What equipment do you provide?
For yoga we provide mats, blankets, bolsters, bricks, blocks and chairs. Couch roll is provided for the treatment rooms, meditation equipment (mats, blankets, cushions) is available on request, and we can also supply flipchart/pens and projector/screen if required.
