Meditation Classes
Anyone is really welcome to come along to one of our drop in classes. No need to book.
Saturday Morning
A thorough introduction to basic Buddhist meditation, with tips on posture, relaxation, and body awareness. Each week is different, so you can learn meditation by coming for a few weeks. People often like to keep coming just to meditate together with like-minded folk: you don’t need to be a beginner to attend.
Time: 10-12 every Saturday. Cost: £8 (£4 concs)
Monday and Wednesday Lunchtime (no charge)
An hour of meditation and instruction, suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
