<p>Anyone is really welcome to come along to one of our drop in classes.  No need to book.</p>
<h4>Saturday Morning</h4>
<p>A thorough introduction to basic Buddhist meditation, with tips on posture, relaxation, and body awareness.  Each week is different, so you can learn meditation by coming for a few weeks.  People often like to keep coming just to meditate together with like-minded folk: you don&#8217;t need to be a beginner to attend.</p>
<p>Time: 10-12 every Saturday.  Cost: £8 (£4 concs)</p>
<h4>Monday and Wednesday Lunchtime (no charge)</h4>
<p>An hour of meditation and instruction, suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.</p>
<p>1-2pm, every Monday and Wednesday, donations welcome.<a title="Drop in classes" href="../?page_id=9" target="_self"></a></p>

Baked potatoes provided, please bring a vegetarian filling, a salad, or a drink.</p>

<h3>Padmasambhava Day festival</h3>
<p>Saturday 18 September, 12.30-7pm.   Come and celebrate the great guru of Tibet.  Starting with lunch at 12.30, bring something vegetarian to share.</p>
<h3>The Imaginary Club</h3>
<p>A day opening up the imagination, with Sthirachitta.  Sunday 19 September, 10.30 am &#8211; 4.30 pm.  By donation, bring lunch to share.</p>
<h3>Freedom of Heart  women&#8217;s event with Khemajoti</h3>
<p>Saturday 25 September 12.30-6pm.  An afternoon exploring the metta bhavana. Starting with lunch at 12.30, bring something vegetarian to share.  Suggested donation £16. Please book at the Centre.</p>
<h3>Lunchtime meditation for regulars</h3>
<p>Thursdays, 1-2, no charge, donations welcome. With Khemajoti.  We will be doing the mindfulness practice and the loving kindess meditation (instruction given) on alternate weeks.</p>
<h3>Practice evening</h3>
<p>Every Friday 7-9pm, start with tea, then meditation, walking meditation and chanting/puja.  Pure and simple.</p>
