Dancing the Unknown

A day event combining the practice of movement improvisation and meditation. Simple fun exercises and games will help to promote creativity, mindfulness and a greater awareness of body and mind.

Learn meditation, and discover Buddhism: Thursday evenings starting 13 June.  We also have a Wednesday evening course in Ealing, starting 29 May.

Meeting the Buddhas: six Wednesday afternoons starting 5 June. Open to anyone who has learned to meditate. More details here.

Sunday 16 June 10.30 am – 5.30pm  Led by Bodhilila and Akashadevi

Come along for an introduction to mindfulness and meditation. As well as teaching two meditation practices, the day will include advice on posture and how to set up and maintain a meditation practice.  More details and how to book can be found  here.

Anyone is really welcome to come along to one of our drop in meditation classes. No need to book.

Lunchtime Meditation

Every weekday. Suitable whether you are new to meditation–full instruction given–or already have a practice. We would encourage you to support your practice by coming regularly.  Details here.

Mondays to Fridays  1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.  By donation, £5 suggested.

Saturday Morning

A thorough introduction to basic Buddhist meditation, with tips on posture, relaxation, and body awareness. Each week is different, so you can learn meditation by coming for a few weeks. People often like to keep coming just to meditate together with like-minded folk: you don’t need to be a beginner to attend.

10-12 every Saturday. Cost: £8 (£4 concs)
