Relational meditation is a way of unknowing, unlearning our habits of being. Its uniqueness lies in its specific relational nature. This is an experiential day using a mixture of guided meditation, dyad and group work.

Bhadra is a trained psychosynthesis group facilitator and experienced meditation teacher. For more information and how to book see here.

Anyone is really welcome to come along to one of our drop in meditation classes at the Centre. No need to book.

Thursday Evening Drop in Meditation Class

7 – 9:30 pm.  For those who wish to learn meditation or want support maintaining and developing an existing mindfulness and meditation practice. All welcome, by donation, £8 suggested.

Lunchtime Meditation

Every weekday, mindfulness or kindly awareness meditation. For newcomers and experienced meditators.  Details here. Mondays to Fridays  1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.  By donation, £5 suggested.

Saturday Morning

A thorough introduction to basic Buddhist mindfulness meditation, but you don’t need to be a beginner to attend.  10-12 every Saturday. Cost: £8 (£4 concs). Details here.

EALING

Meditation (mindfulness) and Buddhism evenings at the Friends Meeting House, Woodville Rd, every Wednesday at 7pm.  See here.  (All other classes at 94 Westbourne Park Villas, W2 5EB.)
